What is “Dulux Connect” Application”?

A: “Dulux Connect” is an application that supports the loyalty program for painters and painting contractors.

B: You can earn points by scanning barcodes which are pasted on the select Dulux Paint products.

C: Points earned are eligible for rewards as per published loyalty program in your respective country.

How can you register into the Dulux Connect application to become eligible to scan and redeem for rewards?

You need to be registered as a painter or painting contractor with AkzoNobel to take part in the schemes offered. Kindly connect with your retailer for more information on the same.

About Schemes

How do I participate in a Scheme?

All the active schemes applicable for you are displayed in the application after successful log in. Once you scan a product under an active scheme, you would automatically be enrolled in the scheme. Rewards can be redeemed basis criteria mentioned in each scheme.

Can I be part of more than one scheme?

Yes, you can participate in multiple schemes at the same time.

How do I see the number of points earned on scanning a product?

On the scheme detail screen, below the Points section, all the participating products and the points associated with each product is displayed. Click on ‘See More’ to see all products. For more information, do connect with AkzoNobel representative in your area.

How can I earn points?

You can earn points by scanning the barcode affixed on select Dulux Products using this “Dulux Connect” application.

How can I check the reward points balance?

A: You can check reward points for each scheme under scheme detail screen.

B: You can click on any scheme card and points earned in that scheme would be displayed.

My Points have not been credited. What is the reason?

Points will be credited only if the scanned barcode is authentic and under a valid promotional scheme. If you still think that problem persists, please reach out to your AkzoNobel representative or retailer.

Can I transfer my points to another “Dulux Connect” App user?

No, the reward points are non-transferrable. It can only be redeemed by you.

How Can I register as a Painter Dulux?

You can register by self-onboarding via Dulux Connect app.

How Can I upload my Pan Card in Dulux connect APP?

You can upload your pan card while onboarding. Also, if you have not uploaded while registration you can share your pan card details with CRO/Sales Team and he can get it uploaded. You can also update your details with the help of CROs/Sales Team in Dulux Connect APP.

What to do when app is not working?

If Dulux Connect app is not working kindly check your internet connection. You can also reinstall the app / download the latest version of the app form the play store. Still if the problem persist pls connect with local CROs/Sales Team.

When can you redeem points?

You can instantly redeem points only for Instant Redemption Schemes. For Slab based schemes you will get NEFT / Gifts after competition of the scheme periods. You can also get in touch with local sales team/CROs in case of any discrepancies .

What to do when you get NO Points / Zero Points while scanning?

If you are getting No Points / Zero Points while scanning, you will get the credit for the invalid / error scans in 10-15 days time. You can check you app for Promotional points for the same .

How can Contractors register on the app?

Contractors can register via Dulux Connect. They can download the App form the Play Store and Self Register .Pls find the link details below .For further information pls feel free to connect with AkzoNobel Sales Team .

What is the Login ID for the Dulux connect app?

Log in ID is your registered Phone number.

What are the benefits of the Dulux Connect loyalty program

Dulux Loyalty Programme is the Incentive Scheme for Contractors where they can earn more benefits by scanning more products.

How can I check the details of my account, like Transaction History and Points Balance?

You can log in the app and click on Schemes details and view scheme letter and point history.

Is it compulsory to add KYC – Aadhar, PAN and Bank Details

Yes, it is required to verify the contractors. KYC is also required for redemption of the scheme benefits.

I want to change my Bank OR UPI details. How can I do it?

For any Bank account/Phone number change pls connect with local sales representative. Currently we don’t have UPI Facility payout.

My profile is not yet approved. What should I do? How can I contact a Dulux representative?

In how much time should I receive money in my account after redemption?

If Profile is not yet approved pls connect with Local Sales Representative. Also pls hand over the KYC Documentation to Sales Representative for KYC process .You can redeem your scheme benefits minimum 7 days post Quick Silver Verification .Quicksilver Verification is done post successful verification in Dulux CRM .
